Customer Agreement

The TOS apply to all Services provided by Hostexy to you throughout the entire Term or Renewal Term. All customers should agree on all terms and conditions stated prior to their signing up for any of the hosting plans and services mentioned on Hostexy. Hostexy reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided, at any time, or when Hostexy decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

Account Creation and Usage

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and safeguarding your password

Hosting Services

We provide web hosting services to host your websites, applications, and other online content.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and display on our servers. You agree not to upload any illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Bandwidth Usage Policy

In the event that a customer's account surpasses the allocated bandwidth limit, we will promptly notify the customer. If the customer opts not to purchase additional bandwidth or upgrade their account, and continues to exceed the limit, their account will be suspended until appropriate measures are taken to prevent further breaches or until the account is upgraded, whichever occurs first. Account reactivation will occur in the subsequent month.

Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our services.

Payments are due in advance for the selected billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Refund Policy

Once service is established, no refunds will be provided. We strive to deliver the best hosting services, but if you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.
