Cancellation Process:
To initiate the cancellation process, please submit a cancellation request through your client area on our website
Before submitting the cancellation request, please ensure that all outstanding dues are cleared.
You have the option to choose between immediate cancellation or scheduling cancellation to take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
If you opt for immediate cancellation, access to your hosting plan or service will be terminated immediately.
If you choose cancellation to take effect at the end of your prepaid term, you will retain access to the purchased services until the conclusion of the current term.
Please note that it is your responsibility to back up all data before initiating the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request is processed, all data stored on our servers will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered or restored.
